Submission deadlines and requirements

Please register in advance and pay the registration fee before submitting an abstract.
Each conference participant could only submit one abstract.
Prepare your abstract in English. The abstract must contains: title, names of authors, affiliated institutions, contact telephone number or e-mail address, main text of abstract and keywords. We accept the abstract of document format only.
The maximum number of characters for body is 1,000 (The total number of characters for your abstract is 2,500 including the title, the names of authors, institutions, spaces, etc.) Abstracts may be changed only before May 31 , 2020. Give clear indication of re-submission by email. After May 31, no changes are permitted. Please take great care to ensure that no mistakes are made in affiliations and that no important co-authors are omitted.
All participants could submit the abstract. If you submit the abstract, you must participate in the meeting, make your own poster and bring it to the venue . (Poster size is 0.9 meter wide and 1.2 meter high)
△If you're less than 35 years old and the 1st author（Co.1st author）of the abstract, you could apply for the Graduate-Student Forum . You need to prepare :
a. An abstract
b. Curriculum Vitae
c. Student ID card
d. Letter of recommendation from tutors
△If you're the Symposium Speaker
Each speaker has a special registered number .
Please log in and submit the abstract .Please book the hotel in advance
The registration fee for the symposium speakers will be waived.
